Job Title:Maryland Board Certified Supervisor in Social Work or Counseling (LCSW, LCPC)

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $50.00 Per hour 

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Maryland Board Certified Supervisor in Social Work or Counseling (LCSW, LCPC) to join our team at Synergy Family Services. The ideal candidate must have a Master's degree in counseling or social work and be certified as a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide supervision and mentorship to counselors and social workers pursuing licensure in Maryland.
• Review and sign clinical documentation
• Offer guidance and consultation to supervisees on complex cases, ethical dilemmas, and professional challenges.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and timeliness
• Ongoing audit of records
• Attend quarterly Supervisors meetings
