Sr. Business Analyst, RPM – Supply Chain

What You’ll Do

Are you ready to help design the future of our cities, while working on improving the supply chain operations of one of the most powerful and fast-growing companies in the world?

Responsibilities:

• Work with the different groups within RPM (REEF Performance Management) to enable different functions to perform at their best.
• Maintain communication channels between internal and external stakeholders
• Create varied content to support communications for the RPM team
• Develop and track project plans, progress toward milestones, communication of project health, and create detailed timelines
• Strategically implement a sustainable and adaptable framework for the business functions within REEF.
• Create, prepare, assemble, PowerPoint decks and distribute information for department executives
• Complete daily and weekly reports to send out to RPM team leadership
• Assist the recruitment, screening, and onboarding process for the RPM team including posting job ads, phone screens, and initial interviews
• Create policies and procedures, reports, job aids, and workflow diagrams as needed
• Act as a cohesive force keeping RPM focused and on mission

What We Want From You:

• Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Business, Engineering, Project management or related field.
• Master’s Degree and/or MBA preferred
• 2-3 years of supply chain/procurement, project management, business analysis, process improvement, and/or operations experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint),
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Ability to learn new concepts and technical systems quickly and proficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities, as well as reprioritize tasks as needed.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
