**Job Title:** Personal Trainer - Fitness Classes

**Location:** SYNERGISTIC FITNESS, Clairemont

**About Us:** Located in the heart of Clairemont, SYNERGISTIC FITNESS is home to the Warrior Gym, offering Synergistic Kickboxing and the Kickboxing Pathway to Black Belt. Additionally, we provide Fight Fit, a strength & conditioning class, and a lively mini trampoline class called Rebound Revolution.

**Candidate Requirements:** We are seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor to lead our Rebound Revolution classes. Ideal candidates should exude high energy, possess a passion for fitness, and demonstrate reliability. Candidates must hold a valid and up-to-date certification as a personal trainer or group class instructor along with current CPR certification.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct engaging Rebound Revolution classes (Additional training provided)

- Provide guidance and support to students during classes

- Utilize our school's training app for weekly check-ins, offering support, nutrition coaching, and motivation

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the facility through regular cleaning duties

- Maintain CPR certification

**Job Type:** Part-time (2-5 hours per week)

- Shifts: Classes held in the evening usually at 5pm/6pm or 7pm - Potentially a weekend class as needed

- Flexibility required for covering vacations/sick leaves, etc.

**Compensation:**

- Hourly Rate: $25 - $35 per class

- Opportunity for higher pay after a 90-day trial period, based on performance

- Commission opportunities from Membership Sales
