Groundskeeper Responsibilities:
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Use power tools and hand tools to maintain and repair outdoor structures and equipment
- Irrigate plants, trees, and grass to ensure proper hydration
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and other garden features
- Keep walkways, parking lots, and other common areas clean and free of hazards
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and lawn care practices
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in groundskeeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Physical requirements: stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
