**Herkare is looking to hire a PRN Mid-Level Provider for the Fort Worth Region**

HerKare powered by SynergenX are leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APRN, FNP, WHNP, CNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.

Position Overview:

As a provider with HerKare on a PRN basis, you will play a vital role in our clinic's mission to empower women to take control of their health and well-being. Working closely with our team of healthcare professionals, you will provide comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and offer ongoing support and guidance to our patients on their hormone replacement therapy and wellness journey.

Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active TX NP or PA license in good standing
• Current DEA license or eligible
• Must be able to work at least 2 Saturdays per month (8am-12pm). Some weekday availability is preferred.
• Must be able to train 2 consecutive weeks M-F. Paid training and first 3 days in Houston with Travel reimbursed and hotel paid for.

Training requirements: Must be able to complete 2 full weeks, 10 Consecutive business days (M-F) of paid in clinic training. First 3 days in Houston and travel is compensated.

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday 8:00AM - 12:00pm

Closed from 1 PM - 2 PM
