Responsibilities:

• Work with supervising physicians and mid-level providers to render patient care, Read and follow standing orders, protocols, and policies
• Perform venipuncture, Perform and monitor therapeutic phlebotomies.
• Administer IM injections
• Assist with EKGs
• Take manual vitals and perform related supervised functions
• Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory, Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and computer applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Requirements:

Training and licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent (unencumbered) either Ohio LPN or Multistate LPN, Pass Background check.

Hours of operation: M- 8-5, Tu 8-7, W 8-1, Th 7-5, F 8-5 and 2-3 Sat 8a-12pm (Rotating Saturdays and have a weekday off when working Saturday)
