SynergenX-Low T Center-HerKare are providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. Currently are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.

Center Directors work in conjunction with a physician medical director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of weight control, low libido and other co-occurring deficiencies as related to Hormonal imbalances), and aesthetic services (some locations).

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse, or equivalent
• DEA Registration current (Required)
• Prior management or supervisory experience HIGHLY Preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years practice experience with supervisory experience of support staff

Clinical Hours:

• M 8-5
• T 8-7
• W 8-1
• Th 7-5
• F 8-5
• 1-2 Saturday a month 8a-12p (Extra Pay per Saturday Shift worked in addition to guaranteed base salary.)

Training:

2 full weeks. If Travel is needed, Travel is compensated for including hotel, mileage reimbursed, meal reimbursement and Training is paid as well.

Compensation:

Generous base salary, plus RVU bonus structure for weekdays and split on Saturdays without caps or limits paid out monthly in addition to base!
