A prominent architectural design firm is on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager. This firm is renowned for its cutting-edge designs and sustainable building solutions, setting industry benchmarks in modern architecture. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in steering complex projects to fruition, leveraging their expertise to maintain the firm's legacy of innovation and excellence.
-Leadership and Collaboration: Lead building or discipline delivery both internally and externally. Collaborate with Principals to evaluate project requirements, negotiate owner-architect agreements, including fees and schedules. Actively participate in firm-wide mentorship.
-Project Management Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in project scope, profitability, schedule, and budget management. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Develop and monitor cost and work-hour budgets for each project, tracking progress against schedules and timelines.
-Quality and Technical Oversight: Utilize technical knowledge to oversee construction document quality, manage schedules and budgets, and provide coaching to team members. Oversee all correspondence and documents, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
-Client and Contractor Coordination: Coordinate the review and evaluation of contractor bids, working with Principals for award recommendations. Serve as a regular point of contact for clients, managing team activities, and liaising with external consultants, contractors, and other disciplines.
-Continuous Improvement and Engagement: Advise on firm standards, participate in process improvement studies, and build industry networks through events and speaking engagements. Contribute to performance reviews, mentor less experienced team members, and develop knowledge in the firm"s core project areas. Engage in internal committees and travel for project requirements as needed.

-BS or BA degree in Architecture or equivalent.
-Architectural registration is required.
-15 years of industry experience
