Position Overview:
The Retail Manager - Pilot Shop will oversee the day-to-day operations of our profitable Pilot Shop. Reporting to the COO, the manager will lead a team of six individuals, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
**Lead, organize, and manage the Pilot Shop team.
**Create an efficient, customer-centric retail environment.
**Train the team on products and customer service.
**Collaborate with leadership on product selection and promotion.
**Manage purchasing, pricing, and merchandise display.
**Recruit, train, and schedule staff.
**Establish sales goals and accountability.
**Maintain inventory control and profitability.
**Ensure a clean and safe store environment.
**Drive marketing initiatives and seek new business opportunities.

**Minimum five years of retail experience, including inventory and purchasing.
**Minimum two years of retail management experience.
