A company in the Land surveying and Landscape architecture industry is looking to hire a professional land surveyor in Boca Raton, FL.
Primary responsibilities:
- Operation of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft office applications (Including Word and Excel)
- Perform research at the town, county, and state level
- Interpret and draw Utility as-builts
- Review Title documents and Table A (ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys) items and apply them to the survey.
- Read, plot, and locate land descriptions pertaining to easements and parcels of land.
-Pay scale heavily dependent upon experience and ability

-Valid Drivers License

- Must have good communication skills, be hardworking, and be able to work effectively in a team setting
