Summary: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of mechanical systems, apparatus, mechanical and basic electrical components of machinery, equipment, and building.
Job Duties:
Ensures operation of mechanical and basic electrical systems of machinery, equipment and building by completing maintenance requirements on machinery and building.
-Participate in chemical bath concentration and pH testing to company standards.
-Performs work in all maintenance category as needed.
-Maintain and troubleshoot plant waste treatment system
-Follows and participates in plant safety/housekeeping guidelines designed to ensure a safe work environment.
-Ensuring the housekeeping in the immediate and surrounding work area is maintained or improved to the highest level possible.
-Understanding and supporting both quality policies and the Quality System.
-Performing work at a level that ensures quality of this positions work meets or exceeds internal and external customer specifications.

-Previous related experience or technical school degree with emphasis on mechanical and basic electrical components.
-5 yrs exp. in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of automated metal working, assembly and packaging equipment.
-Shift starting times from 5AM to 10PM depending on vacation schedule and personnel requirements (second shift with 15% premium)
