Position Title: Press Operator
Pay Rate Range: $28/hr. - $32/hr. depending on experience
Schedule(s)/Hours 1st shift : 6:00am - 4:05pm, Monday-Thursday
2nd shift: 3:55pm - 2:00am, Monday-Thursday (Plus $2/hr. differential)
Location: Wilmington, MA
Responsibilities Include:
• Efficient setup and operation of a flexographic press.
• Focus on meeting specifications in product quality, safety, and effective management of material and product waste
• Working with a team, collectively ensuring the press is stocked with all necessary materials
• Support and contribute to an innovative culture, striving to create and develop new products for customers
Qualifications Include:
• High School degree or equivalent
• Two or more years in printing, flexographic experience highly preferred. Will consider wide web or offset experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• High levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly
