Our client is a leading designer and producer of high-quality contemporary furniture. They are looking to add experienced Supervisors to their growing team in Clayton.
The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in a supervisory role, and be comfortable organizing and leading a warehouse picking team in a fast-paced setting.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes, but is not limited to, inventory management and organization, quality assurance, customer service, & logistics.
- Accurately track inventory and document necessary information. - Communicate with the Plant Manager to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires, train members of the warehouse team, and communicate productivity goals and expectations.
Job Requirements - - 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor role. - Experience working with ERP software, preferably Baan, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, and proven experience working with Microsoft Office and Google suite products.
