The Production Shop Technician will play a crucial role in customizing specialty truck equipment to meet customer specifications, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities : *Assemble various municipal-style trucks, including dump bodies, flat beds, and more.*Execute wiring and installation of factory and aftermarket systems.
- Attach ordered components like plows and hydraulic systems, ensuring functionality.*Showcase proficiency in welding with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and steel.
- A solid educational foundation with a High School Diploma or GED; additional technical education preferred.*Experience in truck customization is advantageous.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and have the ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50lbs and occasionally up to 100lbs with assistance.
