Synerfac Technical Staffing is Hiring a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator Near Newark, DE

Proposal production in response to Federal, State and Local RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotes). Attention to detail and comprehensive preparation is very important.
Our ideal candidate can interpret customers" behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. Have excellent communication skills, proofreading, and editing skills and a passion for developing marketing strategies.
Ensure our company"s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.
Assists in the creation of marketing campaigns via social media, email, and additional methods.
Supports in the creation of marketing materials and proposal productions.
Develops and maintain client lists / database.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in the use of Salesforce, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator products is a plus but not required.
Generates and updates Salesforce information, such as lists and counts for direct marketing projects.
Tracks, collates, and maintains inventory of marketing materials.
Track and monitor proposal opportunities, then generate leads.
Assists in the coordination of trade show exhibits, promotions, packaging, shipping, and staff travel plans. Helps prepare for involvement in marketing events.
Attend events and pre-bid meetings
Occasional travel may be required.
