This position offers an exciting opportunity for those who would like to make a tangible difference in a hands-on role.The primary responsibility will be to coordinate the daily production needs with close interaction with line-level workers.

In addition, this role will entail implementing production and quality procedures based on established operating procedures.

Ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of traditional metal fabrication and have great leadership skills in order to coach, train, and mentor production staff.

• Competencies in project management with good organizational and problem solving skills.-Familiarity of basic purchasing, warehouse, and inventory roles as they relate to direct production schedules.
