Synerfac Technical Staffing is Hiring a Landscape Architect Near Dublin, OH
Will work for clients within the residential land development sector. This is an excellent career opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join a team of outstanding professionals, and the opportunity to apply the latest technology to help our clients solve their most challenging problems.
- Working on design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.
- May also conduct code research, write specifications, and coordinate permitting.
- Site/civil development including grading design.
- Prepare Landscape and Hardscape Plans from concept development through construction documents.
- Bachelor"s degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Planning.
- 2 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture and/or planning.
- RLA preferred.
- Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills.
- Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft office is required.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft office is required.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work remotely and in office setting.
