Summary - Part-Time Land Surveyor- Review survey technician's production to ensure compliance- Occasional site visits within New Jersey, very rarely in Philadelphia / Connecticut (will be reimbursed per Federal rate)- 15-20 hours per week, hybrid (2-3 days in office, 2-3 days remote)Requirements - - Must have active NJ PLS license- 10 years survey experience- Experience in a variety of survey types : right-of-way, boundary, ALTA / land title, topographical, layout, and as-built- Tech savvy (advanced data collection, scanning, photogrammetry, drones etc.
