Synerfac Technical Staffing is Hiring a Credit supervisor Near Annapolis, MD
- Maintain customer aging records, including working with customers and sales staff to resolve outstanding balances.- Manage collections efforts with collection agencies / attorneys.
- Credit evaluation and order release.- Monthly statement processing.- Customer setup and account maintenance, including credit references, providing vendor information and W-9s to customers, contact name and address changes, etc.
- Maintain and update company registrations, such as CCR and ORCA.- Supervise Credit and Collection Specialists.- Possesses great communication, analytical, and organizational skills- Exhibits goal-oriented behaviors and time management principles- Exudes a customer-focused attitude- Applies extensive attention to detail to all tasks- Toggles between projects and responsibilities with ease- Works well in a team environment- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office programs- At least 2 years of supervisor experience in collections and A / R Credit
