Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks an Associate, Quality Assurance in Alpharetta, Georgia

Analyze complex functional software requirements, perform research on current processes, design test strategy and documents, and interact with the business to develop software test plans and test scripts. Plan required software test data fixtures and prioritize test scripts to ensure the most critical components of the software applications are being tested. Develop a comprehensive test strategy in partnership with a cross-functional team to define and complete testing deliverables. Develop, review, refine, use and document plans for both automated and manual functional, integration, and regression tests and assure that tests are successfully completed prior to production. Participate in product demonstrations and IT and software quality assurance process improvement recommendations.

Salary : Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $131,000 and $131,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Requirements :

Requires a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related degree and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as an Automation Analyst, IT Analyst, Technical Staff or a related role. Requires five (5) years of experience with: Selenium; Java; RDBMS - SQL; SOAP; JIRA; Behavior Driven Development (BDD); Bitbucket; VBA; Confluence; Unix; and Agile Methodologies. Requires four (4) years of experience with: Continuous Integration (CI) and DevOps tools.
