Position: Product Owner with background in the credit card business
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Note: 3 Days/week Hybrid
Summary: The role is aligned to the delivery team responsible for planning, development, and delivery of Insurance products for the Benchmarks and Indices business. This is a hands-on Product Owner with background in the credit card business with focus on delivering results on-time, in-full to the expected quality levels.
Job Responsibilities
Candidates would have a background in the credit card business with knowledge in disputes.
Previous experience with Big Financial Company as a processor and/or Pega Smart Disputes
A working level or greater knowledge of BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) would be preferred.
Job Description
Candidates should be comfortable in a technical role with experience leading crews in API development, defining request/response models, creation of Swagger documentation.
Candidates should be comfortable in a converting business requirements to user stories and implementing strategic technology projects using scrum agile methodologies but this is not required.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, and Alation would be preferred.
