Job Purpose: The Qualitative Project Assistant is responsible for assisting in the hands-on project execution of qualitative recruitment projects. This position will be heavily involved in daily execution of qualitative projects, panel building, respondent outreach, and administrative support.Key Job Responsibilities
Support qualitative project managers in all aspects of recruitment projects
Coordinate, monitor and execute qualitative recruitment project activity to meet our clients’ project goals within a specified time period
Project set up and maintenance, including creation of client profile grids, quota sheets, screeners and other project tasks
Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously
Coordinate with vendors
Recruitment of respondents via email and phone
Work with panel management to develop and strategize building and engagement strategies
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Resourceful self-starter with an inquisitive mind
Love of operations and processes
Enthusiastic and engaged with a positive attitude
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and G Suite
Experience with social media accounts
Schedule: This position is 20-25 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 10am – 3pm.
