Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is seeking a Rehab Tech at Holen Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, dynamic and innovative Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living health campused located in Worcster, MA.

Qualifications : Job Summary :

Job Summary :

Responsible for assistance providing transport of patients to and from therapy, assistance in maintaining treatment areas, and conducting clerical tasks in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with professional practices and ethical standards.

Demonstrates accountability for and contributes to program development, quality improvement, and problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Reviews therapy schedule, plan and provide appropriate patient transportation.
• Assists in supportive non-billed activities as cleaning therapeutic equipment, construction of adaptive equipment, assisting therapist with patient support duties.
• Completes and assists with clerical tasks.
• Participates in survey preparation activities.
• Contributes to the delivery of cost-effective care.
• Reports any complains and / or grievances made by the residents to the Rehab Program Director or Director of Health Services.

• Travel, as needed, to other campus locations and / or to home health assignments in the designated territory.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education : High School / GED

Experience : 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications :

None required

Physical Requirements :

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.

Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
