Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to split The Gardens of Trent and The Gardens of Pamlico , a dynamic and innovative Assisted Living health campuses in the New Bern/Granstboro area . You must hold an active or pending Physical Therapy (PT) state license to apply for this position.

Qualifications:
- Must have an active or pending Physical Therapy (PT) state license
- Proven track record of successful patient care experience
- Experience working with a geriatric disabled population preferred
