Job Title: Branch Manager

Reports to: Region Manager

The day-to-day management of the branch rental operation.

Essential Functions:

• Position is responsible for delivering a profitable rental operation which meets established metrics.
• Position responsible for hiring, managing and potentially terminating, in coordination with Region Manager, all positions required to operate a rental branch.
• Position drives a safety-first mentality through the employees following established safety policies.
• Position oversees but delegates all daily aspects of customer focused policies and procedures from contract creation, equipment delivery, equipment condition, field service, to final billing.
• Inventory control and reconciliation are a crucial part of the position. It includes the physical equipment, buckets, forks, hoses, bits and all other attachments/bulk items assigned to a specific location.
• Ability to forecast monthly and quarterly revenue results.
• Ability to teach/coach employees the rental software appropriate to their position.
• Ability to effectively manage the sales department to deliver budgeted revenue, new customer goals and financial results.
• Coordinate with Service Manager annual training for mechanics.
• Responsible for annual review of employees and employee development.
• Responsible for Branch Meetings to report branch performance versus benchmarks and foster company culture.
• Responsible for various reports and reporting tools relative to fleet, customers, collections and inventory.
• Position responsible for facilitating an energetic work environment which focuses on the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• College Degree preferred not required.
• Interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Ability to make informed decisions which adhere to company policy and customer driven focus.
• Sense of Urgency with a desire to serve is essential.
• Drive a culture that stresses the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Impact.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to move around the office, retrieve files, and operate office equipment.
• Must be able to operate a computer and landline phone efficiently.
