Synaty Tech is Hiring a Corporate Trainer - Construction Technical Near Greensboro, NC
Responsibilities:
Lead engaging training sessions, drawing upon your construction expertise and employing innovative teaching methods.
Prepare, implement, and evaluate current technical training courses within functional disciplines utilizing TSWs.
Partner with subject matter experts to validate training needs (technical, functional, and hands-on).
Prepare course outlines, lesson plans, audio-visual training aids, validation of expected learning and creation of On-the-Job training guides.
Conduct job/task and training needs analysis.
Evaluate trade partner provided and third-party training programs to ensure that they satisfy established training requirements (TSW).
Facilitate the completion of proper documentation, records, and files associated with assigned training course responsibilities, TSWs, technical specifications, state/federal regulations, and QA audit requirements.
Improve instructional techniques by participating in training sessions, industry assessments, benchmarking activities, and workshops.
Coordinate frequent changes to courses, procedures, program outlines, and instructional schedules as assigned.
Travel frequently to regional offices to provide in-person training and/or support.
Prerequisites:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Ability to work with different people within the organization from operations, marketing, business development and executive leadership.
Ability to facilitate meetings and present information and recommendations.
Ability to work independently.
Able to handle multiple competing priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $87,887.52 - $105,843.03 per year
