Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: Corporate Governance and Entity Management Support

• Management and coordination of corporate governance, corporate reporting, financial transactions and subsidiary management matters including organizational charts, statutory filings, business registrations, qualifications, dissolutions, election of directors and officers, etc.
• Maintain corporate records including minute books and corporate seals; maintain corporate records database; create and retain electronic and hard copy files for permanent storage; review records on a periodic basis to ensure they are up to date and meet regulatory requirements.
• quirements Include:
• This is an in-office position.
• 3 years of relevant in-house and/or top-tier law firm experience working as a Corporate Paralegal supporting publicly-traded companies.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or paralegal certification preferred or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
• Notary certification (or willingness to obtain) a plus.
• Strong technological proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat, legal entity management platforms, legal invoice management platforms, and related software offerings.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Education And/or Experience Bachelor’s Degree or paralegal studies certificate preferred, plus a minimum of 3 years of experience working in-house and/or at a law firm supporting publicly-traded companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,679.70 - $81,506.73 per year
