JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for providing Contract Management and Risk Management support of a moderately complex and confidential nature to the Business Development Department.
The position works closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that internal and external customer contract needs are met in a timely, organized and efficient fashion.
Ensures that insurance requirements are met and maintained for all active contracts and bids.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Track and process distribution of annual bond renewals to customers.

Previous experience analyzing and preparing complex legal contract documents (preferred)
