Salary Range: $104,722 - $112,000
Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis is an on-site, customer facing position in downtown Washington DC supporting a federal government client. Remote work is not available.
- Support the Program Manager, team, and stakeholders by collecting, compiling, and analyzing data to evaluate the business processes and programs
- As part of an Agile team, support continuous improvement efforts by identifying new data sources and gathering and analyzing relevant data to evaluate potential or new processes and/or requirements
- Support program deliverables development and updates, and as appropriate, generate applicable deliverables
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand and document existing and emerging business requirements
- Work with the team to ensure requirements are included in future spring activities
- Participate in team calls and meetings
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and oversight of less experienced Program Analysts
- Provide accurate and timely status reports on the progress of assigned tasks
- Support the development of documentation related to team activities and enhancements, particularly related to customer requirements development
- Create and maintain documentation on processes and procedures and participate in period reviews of existing processes
- Collaborate with staff and the Program Manager to prioritize requests for ad hoc report development
- Collaborate with team members on metadata management and integration of process assets to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- MUST HAVE STRONG EXPERIENCE WITH WRITING TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication skills to present recommendations and provide training
- An ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
