Symphony Medical PC is Hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager Near Greenburgh, NY
- Manage the company's revenue cycle processes, including billing, collections, coding, and compliance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize revenue cycle performance
- Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance requirements
- Manage and develop revenue cycle staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee the insurance credentialing process, ensuring that all providers are properly credentialed with insurance companies and that all necessary documentation is in place
- Negotiate with insurance companies and IPAs on participation agreements and identify opportunities for network expansion
- Prepare financial reports and provide analysis to senior management
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims to insurance companies
- Monitor and manage denials, appeals, and refunds
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in revenue cycle management in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC®) Certification required
- Strong knowledge of billing and coding procedures and compliance requirements
- Experience with revenue cycle management software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
