TheFinance Analyst will have direct responsibility over systemwide financial analysis processes including preparing budgets, interpreting financial data, preparing monthly reports, and partnering with the finance team for monthly reviews. Our analyst acts as a liaison interpreting site based financial data to the Sr. Leaders. This key role requires a high level of technical acumen and must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization. This role offers the ability to work independently and will partner directly with the Sr. Leaders on all reporting processes.

Job duties:

• Prepares and reviews monthly financial results for senior management. Analyzes profit and loss statements, prepares general analyses, and completes special projects/reporting as required.
• Provides presentations to senior and line management covering topics such as financial performance, improvements needed and changes to financial outlook.
• Responds to questions/problems regarding financial statements and budgets.
• Oversee Technical back end of company finance software 
• Proactively performs research and analyses on profit and loss statements to understand key trends and issues.
• Prepares monthly financial management reports comparing current performance with year-to-date results and budget projections. Reviews/prepares monthly general closing entries, analyzes preliminary monthly performance, and defines variances.
• Adheres to and participates in Company's mandatory HIPAA privacy program/practices and Business Ethics and Compliance programs/practices.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or the equivalent.
• Experience preparing/analyzing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting preferred
• Experience in SQL, Dynamics 365 preferred
