  • Manage the entire back-end development life cycle for Symmetry’s data warehouse.
  • Design highly scalable systems that drive the business growth for the next decade.
  • Own what you build end to end as you architect, implement, review, test, and iterate on Symmetry’s business management solutions.
  • Tackle a wide variety of technical problems throughout the stack and contribute daily to all parts of our business systems.
  • Work alongside peer engineers to create impact and outcomes for our clients.

Here’s what we're looking for:

  • 7 years of relevant hands-on programming experience.

  • Proficient in SQL, Python, Java (or other similar languages) and care about code quality.
  • Keenly grasp scalability, systems engineering, design patterns, and algorithms
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate about building for everyone because you understand the importance of data, analytics, and insights necessary to efficiently run the business.
  • Experience in building Database Management Systems (DBMS) and Data Warehousing.
