Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Actuary !
About the role
In this role, you will lead the reporting function of the Finance Actuarial team. The Assistant Vice President, Actuary supports the Appointed Actuary in overseeing critical financial functions that deliver high quality insights to senior management, regulators, rating agencies and other key stakeholders. This leader will coordinate and partner with team members and leaders from across the Company to accomplish objectives and share insights. They will champion efforts to improve processes, leveraging new tools and technology. They will actively nurture the development of team members, reinforcing our core values and growing the next cohort of leaders.

Compensation
Salary Range: $146,800 - $244,700 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs
