Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team supporting Cordia Senior Residence in Westmont in Westmont, IL is seeking its next employee-owner team member.

This is a Lead Therapist position open to either Physical Therapists (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA.)

Responsibilities

As a Lead Therapist (PT/PTA), you will conduct patient evaluations and effective administration of treatment programs, coordinate staffing needs within the community, distribute therapy caseload among staff, and submit billing information to Symbria Rehab.

Qualifications

• State licensed PT or PTA with acute, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
• Minimum of two years clinical experience
• Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
