Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Mansion in Central Falls and the other cluster of retirement communities has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available.

Please note this is NOT a remote role. We are seeking a COTA for PRN availability for the below communities we service - if you can be available for at least 3 or all, we would love to speak with you!

Cra Mar - Hope, RI 

Mansion Nursing and Rehab - Central Falls, RI

Crestwood Nursing and Rehab - Warren, RI

Avalon Nursing Home - Warwick, RI

Responsibilities

As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license in Rhode Island.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
