Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to manage various financial functions, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control policies. The Financial Controller will also handle risk management.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Assist in budget and financial forecasts preparation, and report variances.
• Ensure timely monthly financial statement publication.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting.
• Research and address technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Manage compliance with government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
• Perform additional controller duties as needed.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller.
• Minimum 10 years in accounting, auditing, or finance.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience in financial statement creation and general ledger functions.
• Proficiency in accounting software and administration.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
