JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As an Instructor at Sylvan, your primary responsibility is to teach
• No Lesson Planning. No Parent Meetings. No Paperwork. We do all of that!
• Use your existing talents & skills in a SMALL group setting

$15-$18 per hour for Reading/Writing/Study Skills/basic Math tutors

$16 -$18 per hour for High School Math and ACT tutors

(Paid training and opportunities for pay increases based on performance and availability)

We prefer:

• Bachelor’s degree or Education Majors who are at least a junior
• Current, substitute, or expired teaching license

Typical start and end time during the school year:

• 4:00 - 7:00 pm* (Monday- Thursday )

Typical start and end time during the summer time:

• 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (Monday- Thursday )
