We are currently looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual, to join our Finance team

Job Overview:

The Reporting Analyst helps drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and creating reports.

The primary functions of the Reporting Analyst will be to collect, analyze, and present data to support informed decision-making processes within the organization. The Reporting Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide insights that drive business performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the organization
• Maintain report databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
• Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
• Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
• Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
• Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
• Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis
• Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or Computer Science

· One to three years of experience in a similar role

· Knowledge and familiarity with Business Central preferred

Skills:

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to convey information to non-technical audiences

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Detail oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in SQL, ERP, Excel, and other computer data programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
