DUTIES
- Assist the preschool lead teacher in implementing educational programs and lesson plans.
- Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Support students in their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Supervise students during activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Complete mandatory trainings as required by the State childcare division.
- Complete finger printing and mandatory background check
SKILL
- Ability to be respectful to parents
- Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Organizational skills for classroom management.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
