Job Overview:

Duties:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or electronic payment system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Some computer skills necessary
- Ability to learn about product specifications and explain them to customers
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneous
