As a Nurse Practitioner for PACE KC, you will be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. The Nurse Practitioner provides primary care to participants. You will also perform physical and periodic assessments of participants; develop and implement appropriate plans of care and provide participant and family education.

Successful Candidates will have:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Missouri
• 3 years of clinical nursing practice in an acute or primary care setting
• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with extensive geriatric experience
• 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a geriatric setting
• Master of Science Degree in Nursing
