As a Nurse Practitioner for PACE KC, you will be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. The Nurse Practitioner provides primary care to participants. You will also perform physical and periodic assessments of participants; develop and implement appropriate plans of care and provide participant and family education.
