Swoon is hiring a Data Entry Specialist for our top manufacturing client!

• Full time direct hire opportunity!
• Fully On Site - Rotating Schedule of 4 days/week, then 3 days/week
• 12 hour shifts- 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your keen eye for detail to monitor our fully automated manufacturing floor from behind the desk, ensuring seamless operations without stepping foot on the floor.
• Identify errors in processing codes or data and swiftly implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Master 5 module defect codes and provide essential support for standard operating procedures.
• Leverage your expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Apply your STEM background to analyze manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and devise innovative solutions in line with lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience minimum, with up to 8 years maximum, ideally in a STEM-related field.
• Associates degree as the highest educational qualification or along with a high school diploma by 2021 or earlier.
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends.
• Strong MS Office Exp
