The Gunsmith Customer Service is accountable for the seamless execution of all Shooters World Gunsmith Department customer service needs. Your primary role is to greet and interact with customers at the Gunsmith counter. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver the World’s Greatest Firearms Experience
• Customer service
• Taking gunsmith orders
• Ringing up Gunsmith sales and work orders
• Perform the routine and exceptional maintenance of all Range firearms
• Ensure consistent and quality work product in a timely manner
• Effectively diagnosis issues with customer and store firearms
• Assist the Gunsmith with advanced services as directed
• Answer e-mail, social media, and voicemail inquiries regarding services
• Safely handle all firearms when checking into or out of gunsmithing as well as test firing
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
• This is a Part Time position and is starting off at $15 per hour.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Education Requirements

• 1 Year(s) of prior gunsmithing experience
• Sound knowledge of function and maintenance of various firearm platforms
• Customer satisfaction orientation
• Ability to maintain quality as mandated by Gunsmith
• Proven ability to work within established processes
• Functional proficiency with computer programs and systems
• Be an individual who is driven, confident, and flexible 
• Must pass drug test, background check and any pre-employment tests if applicable
