PURPOSE: 

Under general supervision, perform various financial accounting transactions and support transactions in the area of accounting and controlling. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with expense reports.
• Assist with Company Credit Cards reconciliation.
• Handle confidential information and material.
• Target/status system update.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned in order to support customer and business demands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field of study OR the equivalent combination of education and/or years of relevant working experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in Accounting and Financial background.
• Working experience in QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Multitasker

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Work is normally performed in an office, laboratory, manufacturing floor, or machine shop setting where physical work includes, but is not limited to, sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to understand and comply with all relevant safety practices.
