Main duties responsibilities
Primary duties

• Insurance billing
• Insurance verification
• Overflow of calls/answering phones that are not able to be answered by the office (answer/triage calls when nobody is in office)
• Treatment follow up
• Filling schedule (filling hygiene schedule)
• Accounts receivable

Schedule: 25-30 hours/week Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (MST time zone)
Salary: $20-$26/hour

• 5 years of dental billing and insurance experience REQUIRED
• Dentrix software experience is REQUIRED !
• Great customer service skills
• Great and positive attitude
• Punctual and excellent attendance record
• Willing to learn and takes instruction well
• Good communication skills
• Proficient with computers

• Professional
• Values good organization and always prepared
• Self-sufficient and productive
