Responsibilities:
- Teaching new employees how to make coffee drinks.
- Oversee daily operations of the café, including food service, kitchen management, and food production.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Train and supervise café staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with staff to create and update drink menus.
Requirements:
- Barista qualifications required.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is required.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
