What does a Sr Manufacturing EHS Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?The Senior Manufacturing EHS Manager is responsible for leading, guiding, and stewarding EHS Integrated Work System program execution and compliance in a dynamic ISO-certified (45001, 14001, 9001) manufacturing environment. In addition, this role is responsible for providing regulatory compliance governance and incident prevention guidance, ensuring that all change management activities are in place to support deployment, execution, and consistency.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the QSE Leadership Team, takes part in the creation of Swire Coca-Cola strategic EHS PlanInfluences leadership to ensure full execution, communication, and compliance with EHS Plan and PoliciesStewards the development, enhancement, deployment, and execution of the manufacturing Safety Management SystemCreates and executes implementation plans for program/ policy/ training materials to ensure consistency in application and sustainability of these implementation activitiesProvide guidance to the Manufacturing EHS team in support of performance, program execution, risk mitigation, and minimizing regulatory exposurePerforms compliance analysis and assessments of all safety programs, at a minimum annually, or as changes in process or regulations occurLeverages business relationships and influences leadership and operations to support, communicate, and drive the execution and sustainability of integrated work systems EHS programs and action plansFacilitates development of direct and indirect reportsEngages with manufacturing leadership to provide subject matter expertise and support to build EHS capabilityProvides feedback regularly and ongoing to QSE leadership and team members to support overall EHS performance improvementPerforms other duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's Degree Preference given to degree in Safety, Environmental, or related field preferredCertified Safety Professional (CSP) preferredCertified Safety Manager (CSM) preferred6 years Experience in development, and sustaining safety policies, programs, training programs to support capability development; data analysis; and ongoing program management required2 years Experience working in an Integrated Work System (IWS) environment preferredDevelopment of safety policies/programs for a diverse operating environmentProficiency in regulatory interpretation and complianceAuditing EHS process and management systems (ISO 45001, 14001)Knowledge of US EH&S regulationsProject management experience
