What does a Senior Graphic Designer do at Swire Coca-Cola? The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for following brand standards of visual design to create marketing-driven point of sale for activation in market. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, develops new tools, and lead a dynamic team of designers.
Responsibilities:

• Designs and oversees assigned point of sale (POS) marketing material, from the initial conception to final delivery.
• Lead, manage, develop, and inspire team of designers, while providing a long-term vision and assign work that supports reaching organizational goals.
• Performs all work in compliance within the guidelines of various brand, product lines, customer, and partner direction to ensure consistent messaging that supports brand equity growth.
• Executes clear and effective design with commercial value through the creation, innovation, application of marketing materials to win at the point of purchase.
• Analyzes, develops, and implements new creative tools and products that support consumer and customer needs that increase share of visual inventory.
• Manages vendors to ensure cost & quality requirements are met (including ensuring invoices are accurate and processed for timely payment).

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or 2 year degree required.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 4 years Work related experience in Graphic Design required.
• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Experience required.
• 4 years In-house creative strategy preferred.
• 2 years Beverage or fast-moving consumer package goods industry preferred.
• Experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams.
