What does a Merchandising Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?

In this role you will be responsible for coaching and development of your merchandising team in a geographical area, while managing labor hours within a set budget and achieving sales and Swire Coca-Cola market objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Staffing, training, developing and evaluating members of your team.
• Monitoring team and ensuring all company standards are being followed.
• Scheduling and adjusting work assignments to meet business needs.
• Respond to store inquiries proactively.
• Maintaining a good relationship with stores to ensure optimal sales performance.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
• 1 year managerial / leadership experience
• Experience in DSD industry a plus
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
