Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in sales.

Responsibilities:

- Shadow a sales leader to develop sales skill to learn the payment business
- Assistant to top sales producer
- Learn complex sales negotiation, lead generation, product fit and placement, setup and activation, financial analysis, account management, retention/attrition management along with other important skills.
- Perform administrative tasks, document preparation and all required support and administrative tasks
- Report success and development goals consistently and maintain assigned targets and goals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong work ethic and drive to win and grow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn and change at a rapid rate

-Strong technical and/or computer skills required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
